1. Who we are
Team Digitale LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Team Digitale”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
2. Our services
We set up and operate marketing and operational systems for professionals and companies: websites, funnels, forms, email, CRM, payments, automations, campaign management and AI agents supervised by our team. The scope, fees and timing of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement.
3. What we do not provide
We implement and operate. We do not provide strategic, legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Decisions about offers, prices, positioning and content remain with the client and the client's own advisors.
4. No guarantee of results
We commit to performing our work with care and continuity. Results such as leads, sales or income depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials and timely access to accounts.
- Ensure that content, claims and materials provided are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Have a valid legal basis, including consents where required, for the personal data of their contacts that we process on their behalf.
- Pay the fees agreed and any third-party costs (for example advertising spend, email or SMS usage) as set out in the agreement.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms and any recurring charges are set out in the proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable on receipt. We may suspend services if payments are overdue after notice.
7. Intellectual property and data
The client keeps ownership of its content, brand and contact data. Team Digitale keeps ownership of the ClientiQo platform, its templates, automations, know-how and tools. During the engagement the client receives the right to use what we build for its own business.
8. Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party providers (such as HighLevel / LeadConnector, Stripe, Google, Meta and email providers). Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions such as ad account restrictions.
9. Data protection
When we process personal data on behalf of a client, we do so as processor under a data processing agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data as controller.
10. Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the non-public information received from the other and uses it only for the engagement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Team Digitale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, and its total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Duration and termination
Duration, renewal and notice periods are set out in the agreement. On termination we help the client export its content and contact data within a reasonable time.
13. Website use
The content of this website is provided for information only and may change at any time. You may not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation or copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer lives. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
